READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. They contain a binding arbitration agreement, a class-action waiver, a jury-trial waiver, a one-year time limit on claims, a release of unknown claims, broad disclaimers of warranties, and broad limits on liability. By accessing or using the Service in any way, including merely viewing a page, clicking a link, requesting a feed, calling an API endpoint, submitting a source request, booking a sponsorship, or paying for a sponsorship, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, leave the Service now.
Panorama Tribune is owned and operated by Digent LLC (and successors or assigns)("Digent," "Panorama Tribune," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Panorama Tribune, including panoramatribune.com, related subdomains, our mobile apps, feeds, APIs, source registry, sponsor booking pages, sponsor checkout, sponsor order pages, the public traffic ledger, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access, read, or otherwise use the Service in any capacity, including to book a sponsorship, enter a business relationship with us, or form a binding contract. This Service is not directed to, marketed to, or intended for use by children or minors, and we do not knowingly permit access by anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you must leave the Service immediately. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Panorama Tribune is a text-first news aggregation and ranking service. We collect, organize, display, link to, and rank headlines, summaries, metadata, source names, timestamps, and related signals from third-party publishers, feeds, websites, APIs, and other information content providers. We are an interactive computer service within the meaning of 47 U.S.C. § 230(f)(2), and we are not the publisher or speaker of any third-party content, including third-party headlines, article bodies, sponsor copy, and user submissions. To the fullest extent permitted by 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(1) and analogous state-law protections, we are not liable for any third-party content. We affirmatively assert and rely upon Section 230(c)(1) and (c)(2) for every publication, restriction, removal, ranking, deranking, label, relabel, or non-action regarding third-party content.
We do not promise that any item is complete, accurate, current, safe, lawful, fair, unbiased, available, or suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for evaluating any article, publisher, headline, source, ranking, sponsor, link, or other material before relying on it.
Most news content visible through the Service comes from third parties. Panorama Tribune is not the author, owner, publisher, speaker, editor, fact-checker, employer, agent, or representative of those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, articles, headlines, feeds, advertisements, sponsors, claims, omissions, errors, malware, paywalls, outages, offensive material, defamation, privacy violations, intellectual-property violations, or any other third-party conduct or content. Links are provided for convenience and discovery only. A link, source listing, ranking position, source count, click count, sponsor placement, or repeated appearance does not mean we endorse, verify, recommend, guarantee, or adopt the linked content.
Aggregating, summarizing, ranking, and republishing third-party news headlines and links is core protected speech and protected press activity under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and analogous state-law protections, including (where applicable) anti-SLAPP statutes such as Florida Statutes § 768.295, California Code of Civil Procedure § 425.16, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Chapter 27, and similar laws of other states. You agree that any claim brought against Panorama Tribune, Digent LLC (and successors or assigns), or any released party arising from the publication, ranking, suppression, removal, non-removal, paraphrase, or summary of third-party news headlines is subject to those protections, that we may move to dismiss or strike such claims, and that you will pay our reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable anti-SLAPP statute.
The Service is for general information and browsing only. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, public-health, security, emergency, election, or other professional advice. Do not make decisions based solely on the Service. Consult qualified professionals and primary sources where accuracy matters.
ALL NEWS is intended to show recent news in reverse chronological order. MOST READ NEWS is intended to rank stories by article click-through counts from the previous 24 hours. Rankings, timestamps, freshness filters, source counts, click counts, clusters, labels, summaries, and refreshes are automated and may be delayed, incomplete, wrong, duplicated, missing, gamed, stale, interrupted, or changed without notice. We may suppress, remove, rerank, archive, pause, combine, split, label, relabel, or ignore any item, source, click, request, signal, or feed for any reason, no reason, or in good-faith reliance on 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(2). No action or non-action by us creates any duty to monitor, fact-check, correct, retain, or republish anything.
You are responsible for your account, device, browser, network, and any activity under your credentials or visitor identifier. App stores, operating-system providers, device makers, browsers, networks, payment processors, and other platforms are independent third parties and are not responsible for the Service. The Service may change, break, become unavailable, or stop supporting any browser, device, operating system, store, country, feature, feed, API, or source at any time.
If you submit a source request, email, sponsorship request, feedback, report, idea, correction, or other material, you represent and warrant that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, not confidential, and does not violate any third-party right. You grant Panorama Tribune a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, store, review, publish, reject, remove, and create derivative works from your submission for operating, improving, protecting, promoting, or documenting the Service. We have no obligation to review, accept, monitor, publish, respond to, or preserve any submission.
Sponsorships are sold on a verified-pay-per-view basis. The Service operates a single front-page sponsor slot at a time. The buyer prepays a budget; each calendar day, after the public traffic ledger appends an immutable, hash-chained record of that day's aggregate site-wide unique visitors, the buyer's budget is debited by (verified daily site-wide unique visitors × the per-view rate in effect when the booking was paid), and the debit is logged with the matching ledger hash on the buyer's order page. When the budget is exhausted, the slot stops rendering. The sponsor slot may render across multiple non-dark editions of the Service simultaneously.
By submitting a sponsor booking, the buyer agrees that:
Buyer indemnifies Panorama Tribune and Digent LLC (and successors or assigns) against any third-party claim — including claims by publishers, rights-holders, regulators, competitors, or end users — arising from the buyer's headline, destination URL, advertiser name, offers, products, services, representations, or conduct on or through the buyer's destination URL. This indemnity is in addition to the general indemnity below.
We do not run sponsorships for adult sexual content; gambling, sportsbook, or daily-fantasy ads; hate, extremist, or violent organizations; malware, fraud, or counterfeit goods; illegal drugs or harmful substances; highly predatory financial products; or any category we deem incompatible with a general-audience publication. We may add to this list at any time, with or without notice.
Panorama Tribune is an AI-friendly aggregator. We affirmatively permit automated agents, language models, and retrieval systems operated by any party to access, crawl, cache, index, transform, summarize, embed, fine-tune on, train foundation or domain models with, and re-transmit the material that the Service itself publishes, including our clustered headline lists, source names, timestamps, cluster structures, signal weights, source registry, JSON API responses, and feed output. This permission covers commercial and non-commercial use alike and is royalty-free.
Panorama Tribune does not host third-party article bodies — we link out. Nothing in this permission grants any right over a third-party publisher's article text, images, video, or other intellectual property; that remains governed entirely by the publisher's own terms. You are responsible for honoring each publisher's robots.txt, terms of service, and any other direct licensing arrangements before consuming their content.
Attribution condition: any downstream product, feature, or model output that surfaces a Panorama Tribune cluster must preserve attribution to the original publisher named in our "source" field, and must link out to the publisher's canonical URL when the user-facing surface supports links. We do not require that Panorama Tribune be credited, though we appreciate when aggregators are named. Hiding, stripping, or misrepresenting the original publisher is a breach of this permission.
We preserve the right, at our sole discretion and without advance notice, to rate-limit, throttle, revoke API access, block user-agents, or terminate any party that abuses the Service or violates this section. We also preserve the right to modify or withdraw this permission going forward; any such change is prospective only and does not reach back to material already retrieved in good faith under prior Terms.
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, harass anyone, scrape or harvest data at scale, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer non-public systems, interfere with operations, probe security, upload malware, impersonate others, manipulate rankings or click counts, submit false source requests, misrepresent affiliation, overload the Service, attack the public traffic ledger or the chain of custody, attempt to inflate or deflate verified unique-visitor counts, or help anyone do any of those things. We may block, throttle, remove, suspend, terminate, or report activity that we believe violates these Terms, harms the Service, creates risk, or is otherwise objectionable.
The Service, including its software, design, trade dress, brand, compilation, organization, source registry, ranking logic, traffic ledger schema, hash chain, debit ledger, and original text, is owned by Panorama Tribune or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Third-party articles, headlines, images, feeds, logos, trademarks, and excerpts remain the property of their respective owners. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
See our DMCA Policy for the designated agent and procedure under 17 U.S.C. § 512. We may remove, disable, limit, or preserve material in our discretion and may forward your notice to the source, publisher, user, sponsor, or other relevant party. Misrepresentations under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) carry liability for damages, including attorneys' fees, which we will pursue.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy. Internet services are never perfectly private or secure, and you use the Service with that understanding.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." PANORAMA TRIBUNE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, SOURCE BEHAVIOR, SPONSOR BEHAVIOR, RANKING, MODERATION, REMOVAL, NON-REMOVAL, OUTAGES, LATENCY, ANALYTICS, AND ANY ECONOMIC OUTCOME OF A SPONSORSHIP. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANORAMA TRIBUNE, Digent LLC (and successors or assigns), AND THEIR PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, INVESTORS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (THE "RELEASED PARTIES") WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, ENHANCED, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REPUTATIONAL HARM, PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, TRADING LOSSES, MEDICAL DECISIONS, LEGAL DECISIONS, RELIANCE DAMAGES, SOURCE CONTENT, SPONSOR CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY LINKS, OUTAGES, RANKING ERRORS, STALE NEWS, INACCURATE NEWS, OFFENSIVE MATERIAL, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR ANY OUTCOME OF A SPONSORSHIP, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, COLLECTIVELY, FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE; OR (b) USD $100. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL LEGAL THEORIES, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE (TO THE EXTENT WAIVABLE), STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, STATUTE, AND EQUITY. THIS CAP IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF OUR BARGAIN AND APPLIES EVEN IF AN EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND FOR ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES — KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ASSERTED AND UNASSERTED, FORESEEN AND UNFORESEEN — ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, SOURCE BEHAVIOR, SPONSOR BEHAVIOR, RANKING, MODERATION, REMOVAL, NON-REMOVAL, OUTAGES, ERRORS, DELAYS, THE TRAFFIC LEDGER, THE PAY-PER-VIEW DEBIT MECHANISM, OR YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.
IF CALIFORNIA LAW APPLIES, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH PROVIDES: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." You waive any similar law of any other jurisdiction.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, settlements, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of investigation, arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your submissions, including any sponsor headline, destination URL, advertiser name, or other content you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of law; (e) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property, publicity, and privacy rights; (f) your manipulation, attempted manipulation, or attack of rankings, click counts, the traffic ledger, the hash chain, or the pay-per-view debit mechanism; or (g) your dispute with any source, sponsor, publisher, advertiser, user, platform, regulator, or other third party. We may, at our option, assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to this indemnification, and you will cooperate with our defense.
Please contact our contact form before filing a claim. You and Panorama Tribune agree to try to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days after written notice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, A SPONSORSHIP, OR THESE TERMS WILL BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse, security abuse, or unauthorized access. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable consumer or commercial rules. The seat of arbitration is the state of Delaware unless the AAA rules require another seat. Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs except as the arbitrator awards otherwise.
YOU AND PANORAMA TRIBUNE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY. The arbitrator may award relief only for the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that individual claim. Mass coordinated arbitration filings of 25 or more substantively similar demands within a 60-day window will be administered as a batched proceeding under AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules (or successor rules), and the parties will negotiate in good faith to manage filing fees and case-management costs.
If this class waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court and not in arbitration, but only after all arbitrable claims are completed. The remainder of this section remains in effect.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending notice via our contact form within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, the email address associated with your account if any, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not opt you out of any other provision of these Terms, including the class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, governing-law clause, or one-year time limit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law of your state of residence provides protections that cannot be waived by contract. The exclusive courts for any non-arbitrable claim are the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM AROSE, OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. THIS ONE-YEAR LIMIT REPLACES ANY LONGER STATUTORY PERIOD WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, restrict, replace, or remove any part of the Service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or restate these Terms — in whole or in part, including material terms such as arbitration, liability caps, fees, and permitted-use policies — at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Your continued access to or use of the Service after any change is posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms as of the date of that access or use, whether or not you have reviewed the changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
Neither Panorama Tribune nor Digent LLC (and successors or assigns) will be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, riot, government action, labor dispute, internet or utility outage, hosting provider outage, DNS failure, third-party API failure, cybersecurity incident, pandemic, or embargo.
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email. Any notice, disclosure, agreement, or other communication we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You may withdraw consent to receive non-transactional email at any time by unsubscribing.
You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a country or party subject to U.S. economic sanctions, and that you will not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control laws.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Panorama Tribune or Digent LLC (and successors or assigns). You and we are independent parties. Neither party may bind the other to any obligation.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the parties intend the provision to be modified by the court or arbitrator to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent — and only if no enforceable form is available, severed — and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of any later right to enforce it. The following sections survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: News Aggregation Service — Section 230 Status; Third-Party Content and Links; News Publishing Is Protected Speech; Source Requests and Other Submissions; Sponsorships, Advertising, and Pay-Per-View Billing; AI Crawling, Retrieval, and Training — Permitted; Intellectual Property; Copyright and DMCA; Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Release of Claims; Indemnification; Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver; Governing Law, Venue, and Time Limit; and Reformation, Severability, and Survival.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this section is void. We may assign these Terms at any time without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or operation of law. These Terms bind and benefit the parties' permitted successors and assigns.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Panorama Tribune about the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on the subject.
