Panorama Tribune is a text-first news aggregator. Operated by Digent LLC (and successors or assigns). We do one thing: show you every headline from the past 24 hours, drawn from 388+ listed news sources, with no algorithm deciding which story matters more than another.
We are too dumb to decide what is important. So we don't.
Most news products today rank stories for you. An editor picks the lead headline. An algorithm decides which story you scroll past first. A recommendation engine learns your bias and feeds you more of it. We reject all of that. Every headline on Panorama Tribune renders in the same font, same weight, same color, same visual prominence as every other headline. Order is chronological by default — newest at the top — or by click-volume if you choose "Most Read News." Beyond those two sorts, you decide what to read.
We show the full 24-hour window of news on one page. Not the freshest 75. Not the trending 25. All of it. On a typical day that's thousands of distinct stories visible at once, clustered to remove duplicate coverage of the same event. Stories expire from the front page exactly 24 hours after their cluster's most recent update — keeping the page bounded and current without anyone curating it.
We pull from 388+ news sources via their public RSS or Atom feeds. The source list is published in full at /sources for transparency. It spans US national news, world news, politics across the spectrum, finance, technology, science, health, sports, and culture. We link out to the original publisher for every story. We do not host article text, do not show article excerpts beyond the headline, and do not strip out the publisher's brand. Every click is attributed to the source.
Panorama Tribune is divided into independent edition pages. Each edition shows the same 24-hour window filtered to that topic.
No. We are an aggregator. We do not employ journalists, do not write articles, and do not editorialize. We surface headlines from publishers who do those things, link out to them, and step out of the way.
Google News and Apple News rank stories algorithmically based on relevance, user history, and topic models. Panorama Tribune does none of that. We show every story in chronological order with equal visual weight. Our only ranking signal is reader click volume, which is opt-in via the "Most Read News" toggle.
We include sources that publish a working public news feed and adhere to basic transparency standards (clear ownership, named editorial leadership, public corrections policy). The list intentionally spans the political spectrum — left, center, and right — so the panorama is not curated toward any viewpoint. The full list is public at /sources.
Yes. The site is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On iPhone or iPad, open the site in Safari, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen." On Android, Chrome will prompt to install automatically, or use the three-dot menu → "Install app." The installed app runs full-screen, offline-capable, and matches the regular website exactly.
A simple opt-in email digest is built into the site. Comments, user accounts, and notifications are not on the roadmap. The product principle is doing one thing well: showing you the news.
